Udi Ziv - Chairman

Udi Ziv is a prominent figure in the enterprise software industry, and is
involved with several of the most promising Israeli startups in this market. He serves as an active chairman or board member in several of these companies, leveraging his 20 years of experience in this industry toward the successful growth of the companies he is working with.
During the years 2001-2007, Mr. Ziv held several senior executive positions with SAP AG, the leading global enterprise software company. These positions included: General Manager of SAP?s Small Business Solutions Product and Technology Unit; Managing Director of SAP Labs Israel, the fourth largest research and development center of SAP; Vice President responsible for the research & development of the SAP Portal product, etc.
Prior to joining SAP, Mr. Ziv was one of the original members, and the head of the global R&D activities, of TopTier Software, a leading enterprise portal company. In 2001 SAP acquired TopTier software, which lead to Mr. Ziv?s successful tenure at SAP.

Yitzhak Saft - CEO

Mr. Yitzhak Saft is the key founder and the entrepreneur behind KCS and its concept. Mr. Saft served as a Paratrooper, Battalion Deputy Commander, and Chief Secretary of the Land Arm Command (LAC), IDF.
Mr. Saft has a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science, from Bar-Ilan University and graduated from the IDF's Command and Staff College in Information Systems and process analysis.

Simon Chulsky - VP R&D & CTO

With wide-ranging experience in software development, architecture and management, Mr. Chulsky has been successful in establishing and running more than one R&D department. He has brought software products full circle, leading R&D teams from innovation to design and beta versions and all the way through to production.
Mr. Chulsky's previous experience includes working for the companies, uGoCo Ltd. served as VP & CTO and Gilat Communication as software engineer.

Roy Golan - CFO

Mr. Golan joined KCS in May 2008. Mr. Golan brings extensive experience in accounting and finance related matters. Prior to joining KCS, Mr. Golan served as VP Finance in G.I. View Ltd., a medical device start-up company, where he was in charge of all financial, legal and administrative matters. Prior to that Mr. Golan served as Corporate Controller at On Track Innovations Ltd. (otiv) a leading contactless smart card solution provider. He played a pivotal role in all corporate financial matters, including company?s registration on NASDAQ, as well as in the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley act. Prior thereto he served as a Senior Consultant at Kesselman & Kesselman accounting firm, member of PWC. Mr. Golan holds a B.A degree in Business and Accounting and a Masters degree in Law (LLM). Roy has been a licensed CPA since 2002.

David Yavin - KCS US President

Dr. Yavin is an accomplished entrepreneur/executive with over 15 years' experience in enterprise software/services and related fields. He was the co-founder and CEO of DYS Analytics (now Permessa). Since 2006 he has been working with early stage companies providing strategy consulting, business development and fund raising and has helped several Israeli technology companies expand in the US market. Earlier in his career, Dr. Yavin was a Professor of Mathematics. He holds a Ph.D. from MIT in the fields of Topology and Combinatorics.

Michael Berlin - Projects Division Manager

Mr. Michael Berlin's responsibilities includes delivering customer projects, resource management, infrastructure analysis, requirements scoping, operation, customization and support for mission-critical systems. Mr. Berlin previous experience includes working for the companies, Elad Systems as Project Manager and IBM. Mr. Berlin holds an MBA degree in Business Management.
