Working through a contract, a user can define any term, sentence, paragraph or section – virtually any text – as a commitment, risk, comment, milestone or other actionable item, assign responsible parties and define priorities and due dates.

When the user is finished working with the document, they bring it to life by simply clicking “Publish”.

Each newly defined object in the document then becomes fully managed by the Generica server. Task owners get assignments and reminders by email, and their responses and updates are captured.
