Sami Totah – Chairman

Mr. Totah is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of international management leadership in the IT industry. He has extensive knowledge and execution experience in overseeing very large IT projects. Mr. Totah also serves as a general partner in Viola Private Equity. Mr. Totah is a former Senior Vice President of Operation (COO) at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), Israel’s largest software company and the 10th largest in the world. While at Amdocs, he served as the Customer Care and Billing Division president for four years, during which time the division grew from $150 million to $430 million in revenues and expanded to more than 1,700 employees. Mr. Totah has extensive global experience in leading and serving tier-one telecom giants such as Vodafone (Germany), T-Mobile US, Tele Denmark (TDC) and KT FreeTel (Korea). He has served as a board member in Ectel (NASDAQ: ECTX) and Pilat Media (AIM: PGB) and since 2002, as an Active Chairman in several startup companies in the telecommunication arena. Mr. Totah has built an extensive global network with customers, partners, investors and executives.

Yitzhak Saft – CEO

Mr. Yitzhak Saft is the key founder and the entrepreneur behind KCS and its concept. Mr. Saft served as a Paratrooper, Battalion Deputy Commander, and Chief Secretary of the Land Arm Command (LAC), IDF.
Mr. Saft has a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science, from Bar-Ilan University and graduated from the IDF’s Command and Staff College in Information Systems and process analysis.

Simon Chulsky – VP R&D & CTO

With wide-ranging experience in software development, architecture and management, Mr. Chulsky has been successful in establishing and running more than one R&D department. He has brought software products full circle, leading R&D teams from innovation to design and beta versions and all the way through to production.
Mr. Chulsky’s previous experience includes working for the companies, uGoCo Ltd. served as VP & CTO and Gilat Communication as software engineer.

Roy Golan – CFO

Mr. Golan brings extensive experience in accounting and finance related matters. Prior to joining KCS in May 2008, Mr. Golan served as VP Finance in G.I. View Ltd., a medical device start-up company, where he was in charge of all financial, legal and administrative matters. Prior to that Mr. Golan served as Corporate Controller at On Track Innovations Ltd. (NASDAQ: otiv) a leading contactless smart card solution provider. He played a pivotal role in all corporate financial matters, including company’s registration on NASDAQ, as well as in the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley act. Prior thereto he served as a Senior Consultant at PWC accounting firm. Mr. Golan holds a B.A degree in Business and Accounting and a Masters degree in Law (LLM). Mr. Golan has been a licensed CPA since 2002.

Tomer Cohen, VP Sales, Israel

Mr. Tomer Cohen is a senior sales executive with over 15 years of experience in sales. As VP Sales, Israel, Mr. Cohen is responsible for driving software and services revenues. In his past positions, he has helped integrators and product companies who specialized in CRM, Knowledge Management, E learning and BI . Prior to joining KCS, Mr. Cohen has held sales leading positions for One, Malam-Team and Panorama Software.

Eitan Reich – Products Manager

Mr. Reich brings extensive experience in project management in the Life Science industry. Prior to joining KCS, Mr. Reich worked in Sparta System as an Implementation Team Leader, responsible for worldwide implementations in some of the biggest companies in the Life Science industry. On top of managing teams of project managers Mr. Reich managed the training department. Prior to that Mr. Reich worked in Dassault Systèmes as an implementer of Smarteam and in Shaniv Systems as a VB developer. Mr. Reich holds a degree in Industrial management engineering and information systems from Ben-Guryon university.
